In addition to the sauna, you can also use our atmospheric relaxation room with fireplace. The soft background music will help you quietly doze off in our sauna centre. The sauna centre features a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared sauna, relaxation room, and roof terrace.

The ultimate feeling of relaxation, the atmosphere, and the effects of the salt provide an extraordinary experience in the salt cave. Feel the stress leave your body. The salt cave is made of blocks of salt mined in the Himalayas. The cave’s atmosphere also has both a relaxing and a medicinal effect.

More about the saunas

Finnish Sauna: 85 to 90°C with low humidity of 10-30%. Healing effect on the respiratory system through the use of menthol or eucalyptus.

Bio Sauna: 45°C with humidity of 45%. A lovely sauna to start your sauna session.

Steam Bath: 40 to 50°C with 100% humidity. The steam is beneficial for the skin, hair, respiratory system, and has extra healing properties for colds.

Infrared Cabin: The infrared cabin is characterized by the infrared radiation, with heat penetrating approximately 4 mm into the skin. Infrared radiation stimulates metabolism and ensures intensive blood circulation in the skin, muscles, and organs. The heat, at around 50°C, provides pain relief and promotes recovery for muscle and joint complaints.

Note: Access to the sauna is by reservation only. Please reserve at least 2 hours in advance! Minimum age: 16 years.

Sauna Costs:
Sauna: €15.00 per person per session
5-session card: €60.00 per person
A bathrobe/towel and slippers are mandatory. They can be rented at the reception:
Rent bathrobe: €3.00 per person
Rent towel: €2.00 per person
Slippers: €2.50 per person

Private Sauna:
The sauna can also be reserved for your own select group (minimum two persons). Available outside regular opening hours. Not included with an All-in Wellness pass.

Private Sauna Costs:
€40.00 per hour for two persons (reservation required)
Additional person: €7.50 per hour

Swimwear Days:
Every Wednesday from 19:00 - 21:00 and every Saturday from 14:00 - 16:00, swimwear is mandatory.

 

Saltcave

Constructed from salt blocks from the Himalayan mountains


The salt cave consists of chunks of salt mined in the Himalayan mountains. This ancient mineral, formed through the evaporation of seas, retains all its original elements. The atmosphere in the salt cave not only has a relaxing effect but also offers medicinal benefits.

A session in the salt cave is beneficial for:

- Rheumatic symptoms
- Allergies
- Skin conditions
- Thyroid patients
- Bronchitis
- High blood pressure

In the salt cave, you wear your everyday clothes and take a seat in a reclining chair. A session lasts 45 minutes, during which you can fully relax. The combination of light therapy, the sound of a gentle sea, and the atmosphere of sea air create an intimate sense of well-being.

Costs:
Salt cave session: €5.00 per person
5-session card: €20.00 per person
A maximum of 7 people can be in the salt cave at the same time. A session starts every half hour, and the last session begins at 19:30.

The minimum age is 12 years.

 

Lounge area and rooftop terrace

Just blissfully dozing away in the relaxation area


Sunbeds are ready for you, the fireplace is lit (in winter), and soft music plays in the background. You can also make use of the rooftop terrace throughout the year. There, you can rinse off with cold water and relax on a sunbed in the sunshine..
