Beerze Bulten has a professional fitness centre which provides the tranquillity and space to work on improving your condition, figure, or general fitness, aided by a professional coach at your request.

In addition to individual or coached workouts, we also offer a variety of group classes. From hot yoga to boot camp, and from aqua aerobics to Club Power.

At Fitness Beerze Bulten, guests staying overnight and day guests have access to a state-of-the-art fitness room. We use Technogym fitness equipment.

Group classes are included for guests staying at Beerze Bulten. The fee for using the fitness room is €7.50 per visit. Alternatively, you can opt for an all-in wellness pass.

Not staying overnight? You can become a member of Fitness Beerze Bulten, allowing you to work out in our fitness room and/or participate in group classes on a weekly basis. We offer various membership options so you can find the one that suits you best. For more information, please email fitness@beerzebulten.nl.

The group classes are conducted by professional instructors. The classes are diverse and offer something for everyone. Whether you enjoy relaxing yoga or prefer outdoor activities like our boot camp, we've got you covered!

During a group class, led by an enthusiastic instructor, you'll get a full-body workout! The group classes at Fitness Beerze Bulten are varied and can be held both indoors and outdoors. Beerze Bulten is located in a beautiful area in Overijssel, providing opportunities for both exertion and relaxation!

Interested in joining our group classes? Sign up at the reception of Spa, Wellness & Fun and join in! Participation in a group class is completely included for guests staying at Beerze Bulten and is therefore free of charge.
